At Crown Northampton, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade footwear and offer a 28-day return period for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure products are tried on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles before deciding to keep them.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Items

Place the unworn footwear back into its original branded box and secure it within a protective outer mailing carton to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, or follow the instructions provided for international couriers, and attach it clearly to the outside of the parcel.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our Northampton workshop receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 working days.
