Where are Crown Northampton products made?

All our footwear is handcrafted to order in our own factory located in Northampton, England, the world-renowned home of luxury shoemaking.

How long will it take for my order to be made and shipped?

As we operate on a made-to-order basis to ensure the highest quality, please allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks for production before your order is dispatched.

Can I return my shoes if they don't fit?

Yes, we accept returns within 28 days of receipt, provided the items are in unworn, original condition. Please note that custom 'Made To Order' specifications may have different terms.

What materials do you use for your sneakers and shoes?

We source only the finest materials, including premium calf leathers, suedes from world-class tanneries like Horween and C.F. Stead, and durable lactae hevea soles.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our handmade footwear globally. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

Can your footwear be resoled?

Absolutely. Many of our styles are designed with longevity in mind and can be sent back to our factory or a professional cobbler for resoling when the time comes.
